When attending the Lochfyne Fest, the accommodation that we stayed in surpassed all of our expectations. Not only was the standard of decor, ammenities, and general housekeeping up to the highest of standards it also benefited from being in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to use these outstanding facilities. PN June 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Maddy our Irish red and white setter was well into the environment up the Glen, and because of my broken arm and shoulder it was the first time I was able to walk her on my own up the Glen, so felt a bit of my independence back, loved watching the rain coming over the hills in the morning sitting having breakfast at the table, also after a damp walk getting the log burner going, Mads on her doggy pad in front of log burner, me curled up on the sofa watching silly but lovely old dvds and cooking in v well equipped kitchen. Had lots of lovely fishy meals using fish from Oyster bar, met lots of lovely people, , Glen did some sketching for his stained glass course's , and took lots of lovely photos. Our actual anniversary on 10 September was brill, sun came over the hill and I packed up some sarnies and we actually walked up a far as the boarded up old cottage (which as we a bit out of practise) was quite an achievement, the walking guide was brill cus made it more interesting knowing about the history, must have been a lonely place years ago, then cooked some fish and sat on the seat having a glass of wine in the sunshine, so was a perfect day and we yet again have lovely memories.
